Role Responsibilities

• Perform simulated SaaS contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract outputs for legal accuracy and risk identification.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide detailed expert feedback.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to improve AI training data and workflows.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and SaaS agreements.
• Assess legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies in contract processes.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven legal tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong experience in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.
• Strong experience in in-house legal roles focused on technology transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into structured feedback for AI systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
