Role Responsibilities

• Review and refine rubrics to ensure accuracy and usability of laboratory processes in digital environments.
• Translate experimental protocols into structured workflows using ELNs and LIMS platforms.
• Assess and enhance documentation clarity for seamless digital adoption of lab protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements and optimize lab operations.
• Monitor protocol execution and ensure compliance with digital lab management best practices.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for automation in lab processes.
• Contribute to scalable and reproducible lab data management and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience with ELNs and LIMS, including workflow design and system configuration.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in digital lab process optimization.
• Strong experience translating laboratory protocols into structured, traceable workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance principles in R&D environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, team-oriented setting.
• Strong experience in rubric development, review, and laboratory data management.
