Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (TypeScript, React, AWS)

Work Snapshot

Type: W-2 Contract

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid 2 days/week onsite)

Commitment: Full-Time

Pay: $55 $75/hr

What You'll Be Doing

Design and build robust TypeScript/Node.js services supporting EHR integrations and clinical workflows across a distributed, microservices architecture
Deploy and operate containerized microservices on AWS, owning reliability and scalability of backend infrastructure
Build React/TypeScript provider- and patient-facing interfaces optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences
Develop vendor integrations for patient education and engagement platforms, including notifications and activity tracking
Contribute to code reviews and system-design discussions, balancing engineering quality with the pace of a startup environment

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in TypeScript/JavaScript building production-grade software systems
Strong experience in RESTful and event-driven API development using Node.js (Nest.js or Express)
Strong experience in React and TypeScript front-end development, including mobile-responsive and desktop-optimized interfaces
Strong experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and containerized microservice deployment
Strong experience in computer science fundamentals algorithms, data structures, OOP design, concurrency, and distributed systems
Strong experience in debugging across distributed services within agile, fast-moving environments
