About The Role

Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment consultancy partnering with an AI company building systems that understand real-world professional workflows. They are seeking experienced Corporate Finance professionals to evaluate AI outputs, identify errors, and improve domain-specific reasoning based on practical industry expertise. This is a hands-on role applying real experience in FP&A, financial modeling, capital allocation, and strategic finance—not a theoretical exercise.

What You Will Do:

• Review AI-generated financial models, forecasts, and analyses for accuracy and reasoning quality
• Translate real FP&A, capital allocation, and strategic finance workflows into structured tasks
• Evaluate AI outputs on scenarios like variance analysis, scenario modeling, unit economics, and board-level decisions
• Document your reasoning, assumptions, and trade-offs clearly in writing

Who We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years in Corporate Finance (FP&A, Strategic Finance, Capital Allocation, Financial Modeling)
• CFA or MBA with Finance concentration preferred
• Strong written English - you will explain your reasoning clearly
• Available for 15–20+ hours/week consistently
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
