Role Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training modules focused on After Effects and AI-powered animation workflows.
• Guide team members in optimizing motion graphics processes using AI tools and techniques.
• Develop tutorials, documentation, and best-practice guides.
• Stay updated on motion design and AI trends to enhance training content.
• Assess learner progress and provide structured, actionable feedback.
• Foster a collaborative virtual training environment.
• Communicate complex animation and technical concepts clearly.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and advanced animation techniques.
• Experience integrating AI tools into motion design workflows.
• Strong understanding of digital media production pipelines.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and workflows.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
