Role Responsibilities

• Design structured career and learning scenarios with deterministic evaluation rubrics
• Create tasks involving resumes, interview preparation, and study planning
• Develop ATS-optimized resumes and tailored job application materials
• Build interview prep frameworks using structured methods such as STAR
• Design study plans based on timelines, constraints, and verifiable content
• Ensure all outputs are grounded in checkable, objective criteria
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined rubrics and expected outcomes

Requirements

• Strong experience in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, or instructional design
• Strong expertise in resume optimization, interview frameworks, or study planning
• Strong ability to create structured, verifiable evaluation criteria
• Strong written communication with step-by-step reasoning clarity
• Ability to work with career and learning artifacts such as resumes and study plans
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage focused tasks efficiently
