Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Technical BSA (Business Systems Analyst)
Location: Costa Rica/ Canada (Remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce and Quote-to-Cash implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, revenue automation, and Workato integrations, along with strong stakeholder management and business analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions including:
- Quotes & Quote Line Items
- Product Bundles & Configurations
- Pricing, Discounting & Approvals
- Configure and manage:
- Automation Rules (Price Rules, Product Rules)
- Revenue Rules & Revenue Automation
- Drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process improvements
- Advanced Admin configurations
- Lead and support Workato-based integrations with ERP, billing, and finance systems
- Perform solution design reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities
Required Skills
Core CPQ Expertise
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ
- Strong experience in:
- Quotes & Quote Line Items
- Product Bundling & Configuration
- Pricing, Discounting & Approvals
- Automation Rules (Price Rules, Product Rules)
- Revenue Rules & Advanced Revenue Automation
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle
Integration Skills
- Hands-on experience with Workato integration platform
- Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Business Analysis & Functional Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in:
- Requirement elicitation
- Process mapping
- Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Salesforce Expertise
- Advanced Salesforce Administration skills:
- Data model design
- Security & sharing
- Workflow/process automation, Flows
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
- Advanced admin Certification
- Experience in large-scale CPQ implementations
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
