DevOps Engineer (3+ years)

Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience: 3+ Years

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, deploying, and releasing software products.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, and Fargate.
• Configure and manage web servers and process managers such as Nginx and Supervisor.
• Handle SSL/TLS certificate configuration and renewals.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment strategies, reliability, and observability.
• Ensure best practices around security, logging, monitoring, and disaster recovery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer in cloud environments.
• Strong experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD platforms.
• 3+ years of scripting experience using Python, Shell, or Go.
• Proficiency with Git or similar source control systems.
• Solid understanding of SSL/TLS certificate fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Nginx and Supervisor for web server configuration and operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Strong experience with AWS services, including but not limited to:
• EC2
• RDS
• EKS
• ECS
• VPC
• ELB
• S3
• CloudFormation
• CloudTrail
• Route 53
• SQS
• Good understanding of AWS best practices, with strong expertise in CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Proficiency with the AWS CLI.
• Strong knowledge of AWS compute and networking concepts.
• Extensive experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, EKS, and Fargate.

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
• Exposure to security best practices and DevSecOps workflows.
• Experience supporting high-traffic, production-grade systems.
