Windows Administrator L2-6+years-MumbaiWe are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator (L2) to manage and support enterprise Windows server environments. The role involves handling BAU activities, incident management, server provisioning, patching, and ensuring high availability and reliability of infrastructure systems in a large-scale IT environment.Location - MumbaiYour Future Employer -

A leading global organization delivering enterprise technology and infrastructure services to large international clients. The organization focuses on operational excellence, advanced infrastructure management, and continuous innovation in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities - * Manage day-to-day BAU activities, incidents, and service requests through ITSM tools.

Provision and configure Windows servers, clusters, and infrastructure components following security standards.

Perform server patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system issues.

Manage Active Directory components including OU, GPO, domain, and forest administration.

Support data center operations, disaster recovery exercises, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements - * Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windows server administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 environments.

Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, Microsoft Cluster Services, and enterprise server hardware.

Expertise in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory management, and infrastructure automation tools.

Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow), monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
