Job Description

Frontend Lead with strong expertise in Vue.js as the primary skill, along with hands-on experience in React and working knowledge of Node.js. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications and contribute to cross-platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of modern web applications using Vue.js

Define scalable frontend architecture, component design, and state management

Ensure code quality, modularity, and maintainability across projects

Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and reusable UI components

Focus on scalable, reusable, and accessible UI solutions

Exposure to Micro Frontend architecture

Proficiency in TypeScript ,HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

React.js (Secondary Skill)

• Contribute to and support projects using React.js
• Ensure consistency and reusability across Vue and React ecosystems
• Assist in migration or hybrid implementations where required
• Experience with state management (Vuex, Pinia, Redux)

Backend Collaboration (Node.js)

• Work closely with backend teams and contribute using Node.js
• Define API contracts and integrate RESTful services efficiently
• Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Implement best practices for lazy loading, code splitting, and caching
• Monitor and improve application performance metrics

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor frontend developers
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams
• Participate in solutioning, estimations, and technical decision-making

Good to Have

• Exposure to XPlatform
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with AI-enabled frontend tools (e.g., Copilot)
