Scope of Work:

Contractor will provide technical staff (MS in Computer Related Field Required) to support on-going emergency Rental Assistance Program (eRAP) application migration and development from Unqork to .NET and SQL Server automation, and documentation efforts for the Department of Health and Human Services team. The contractor will also ensure the eRAP application is integrated with the County's enterprise Integrated Case Management Systems (eICM) and is able to send relevant information to eICM.
After the application has moved to the production environment and is being used, this position will have primary sustainment responsibility to include preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and adaptive maintenance. This will include incident management response during work hours, problem management and enhancements requested by the System Owner.
Contractor will provide candidate(s) with Expert experience in:
Developing using the most current .NET Web Applications, MVC, Web API 7+ Years.
Maintaining .NET Web Applications, MVC 7+ Years.
Database Administration: MS SQL and Oracle 7+, 7+ Years.
Coding / Integration /Reporting experience in VB.NET, C# .NET, SQL.
Mapping, Migrating data from one database system (MongoDB) to another database system (MS SQL server)
Converting customer enhancements requests to functional requirements, to design and implementation.
Publishing a .NET deployment package for deployment in DEV. TEST and PROD environments
Contractor will provide additional functionality, e.g., Data extraction/Report Generation to the application, and the ability to send out email notifications to residents, who have been in the system for more than a certain number of days, without an update.
Contractor may be asked to assist with other DHHS application support based upon skillset and workload
Contract staff will work side-by-side with County staff to facilitate knowledge transfer.
