Job Description
Our ecommerce client is looking for a UX Copywriter/ Content Designer to join their team, for a 12+ month duration. This will be fulltime hours per week, and onsite 3-4x per week in Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
- working on a loyalty travel app (web and mobile support)
- developing wireframes, site maps, user journeys, in-app mobile copy, FAQs, content diagrams etc.
- working in an Agile environment
- creating content strategy and UX content
- working with Product Designers to create concepts and prototypes
- working extensively with business and product stakeholders to walkthrough content and design work
- working in a highly collaborative environment with development, design and product teams
Skills needed:
- 4+ years of experience
- ecommerce or loyalty experience is a bonus
- expertise with Figma, Jira and Confluence
- portfolio showcasing your copy and content skills, specifically for digital products
