Your primary responsibility is to nurture relationships with brokers and develop tailored revenue growth strategies. You'll work in a supportive team environment to ensure a seamless benefits selling experience while also promoting the technology solutions offered. Key Responsibilities:
- Train new agents on BenefitMall’s offerings
- Collaborate on strategic sales activities
- Host calls to prioritize key issues and schedules
- Effectively market services to clients
- Engage with partner carriers for results Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years in insurance/employee benefits sales
- Obtain Active Life & Health License within 90 days
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
