This role seeks a Process Specialist at the MP4 level to shape process effectiveness across Supply Chain initiatives. Your expertise will guide standards, procedures, and improvements, directly impacting the operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing quality assurance plans, facilitating training, and maintaining communication to support divisional objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop process frameworks for Supply Chain improvements
• Establish standards and procedures across all sites
• Prepare and manage project quality assurance plans
• Coordinate integrated training to meet division objectives
• Create visual models and performance objectives for processes

Requirements

• 6–8 years in planning, organization, and change management
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement principles
• Four-year university degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in PowerBI and ARIBA systems
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
