Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Exterior Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor construction tasks focused on building, repairing, and maintaining exterior structures. Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform construction tasks efficiently and safely
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of exterior building components such as siding, roofing, and facades
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and insulation of structures
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and finishing work
- Conduct site clean-up and organize materials to maintain a safe work environment
