Description: The Social Worker II (SW) provides services to clients and families including psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, education, treatment, advocacy, resource finding, consultation, and discharge planning. The SW II is responsible for the provision of services in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is non-unionized.
