Yoga & Pilates Teacher

Position: Part-Time

Hours: Flexible: weekday, evening & weekend opportunities available

Hourly Rate: $30-$35/hr (based on experience and certification)

The Role

Yoga & Pilates Instructors at CourtX are at the forefront of our wellness expansion. You’ll lead movement-based classes designed to support recovery, performance, and whole-body well-being. Whether you’re guiding a high-energy Power Yoga class or a restorative mobility session, your role is to deliver exceptional instruction while building genuine connections with our members and guests.

Our instructors collaborate with our team to help refine the class schedule, introduce new formats, and contribute ideas that grow our programming from the ground up. This role is perfect for an instructor who thrives in a team-first culture, loves to engage and inspire, and wants to grow with a facility that’s just getting started.

Skills/Experience Required

• Certified Yoga Instruction (min 200-hour) and/or Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat or Reformer)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• 1+ years of experience leading group movement classes
• Energetic and inspiring, with strong presence and communication skills
• Comfortable teaching in-person and adapting to mixed ability levels
• Excited to contribute to a growing wellness offering with a collaborative, start-up spirit
