As a Technical Program Manager - AI at Cornerstone in Pune or Hyderabad, your role will involve supporting the delivery of AI product initiatives by coordinating planning, tracking progress, and ensuring cross-functional programs are organized, communicated clearly, and delivered with quality and on schedule. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to remove blockers and facilitate agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program delivery for product initiatives, from planning to launch, ensuring alignment and progress tracking.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Product, Design, and QA to make dependencies visible and flag risks early.
• Maintain program-level roadmaps, delivery timelines, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.
• Track program health using standard metrics and communicate status clearly to the team and stakeholders.
• Support coordination of experimentation programs and execute release readiness checklists.
• Track third-party and vendor dependencies, flag issues proactively, and contribute to post-launch retrospectives.

Qualifications Required:

• 4+ years of Technical Program Management or project leadership experience in a SaaS or software engineering environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs in an agile environment and solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear updates.
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action.
