The team manages a high volume of creative and marketing initiatives, spanning campaigns, content, events, and demand generation assets, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external production and design partners.</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong><strong><br></strong> As a Project Manager at CoreWeave, you will own the end-to-end operational workflow that powers creative and marketing execution. You’ll manage intake, resourcing, timelines, and delivery across a high volume of concurrent projects, ensuring work moves efficiently from concept through completion. This role acts as the central coordination point across Brand, Product Marketing, Comms, Demand Gen, and external partners, translating business needs into structured, executable plans. You’ll drive clarity, prioritize effectively, and proactively remove blockers to maintain speed without compromising quality.</p> <h3><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5–8+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or traffic management within an in-house team, agency, or B2B technology environment</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing 20+ concurrent creative or marketing projects, including campaign and demand generation assets</li> <li>Proven ownership of project intake, resourcing, and delivery workflows using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or Smartsheet</li> <li>Experience building and maintaining project timelines, workback schedules, and resource allocation plans across multiple workstreams</li> <li>Hands-on experience managing external agencies, production vendors, or design partners, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and output quality</li> <li>Ability to identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints using structured workflows and reporting</li> <li>Experience running recurring resourcing or traffic meetings with clear documentation of capacity, priorities, and timelines</li> <li>Strong understanding of end-to-end creative and marketing production processes (briefing, design, production, delivery)</li> <li>Proficiency in using project management systems to create a single source of truth and maintain accurate, real-time project tracking</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience working in high-growth or hyper-scaling environments</li> <li>Experience supporting demand generation campaigns and performance marketing asset delivery</li> <li>Familiarity with building or optimizing operating models, intake frameworks, or prioritization systems for creative teams</li> <li>Exposure to AI, cloud infrastructure, or technical product marketing environments</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Wondering if you’re a good fit?</strong></h3> <p>We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams—even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Come join us!</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <p>The range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role.
