Role Description

Collect User Requirements: Support the UI/UX team in gathering and evaluating user requirements with product managers and engineers

Create Design Materials: Assist in preparing storyboards, sitemaps, process flows and other materials to illustrate design concepts

Design UI Elements: Help design graphic user interface elements—such as tabs, widgets, menus, buttons and search fields—and develop mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and layout.

Develop Wireframes & Prototypes: Work on wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features and pages

Participate in user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.

Maintain & Update Web Assets: Update and maintain existing web pages, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility across browsers and devices

Collaborate with Development: Collaborate with developers to ensure the implemented designs match the intended user experience

Support Graphic Design: Assist with graphic design tasks for marketing collateral and digital campaigns, following established style guidelines

Odoo ERP Customization: Learn and support the customization of the Odoo ERP front‑end (themes, templates, website builder) to improve the user experience across our training platforms.

As a UI/UX & Media Design Intern, you will work closely with consulting, training, and operations teams to design and improve:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or diploma program in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or a related field.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and an eagerness to expand these skills

Demonstrated portfolio of UI/UX or digital design work.

Willingness to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Knowledge or experience with Odoo ERP (e.g., working with themes, templates or the website builder) and an interest in supply chain or enterprise software.

We are seeking a UI/UX & Media Design Intern to support real business initiatives across consulting, training, and digital marketing—not academic or hypothetical projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Mockups and Visual Design assets
• Experience in designing and building interactive Prototypes
• Knowledge of User Experience Design (UED) principles
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
• Attention to detail and an aptitude for creative problem-solving
• Familiarity with industry design tools and software
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of practical UI/UX or digital design experience (Internship, freelance, contract, or professional experience accepted)
