Role Overview:

As a Financial Controller at our German MNC in the automotive industry, with an annual turnover of INR 1000+ Cr in India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial management aspects. Reporting directly to the CFO, your responsibilities will include financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and ensuring the organization's financial health and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and manage the organizations budget, forecasting future financial performance and monitoring expenditures.
• Establish and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Oversee the finance and accounting departments, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and addressing any findings or recommendations.

Qualification Required:

• Qualified CA/CMA with 10+ years of experience, preferably in the auto-component, Tier 1/Tier 2 Supplier to OEM industry.
• Proven track record in a Finance controlling role for mid to large-scale manufacturing operations, preferably multi-location, driving improvement initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive production processes, quality standards, and supply chain management. Role Overview:
