Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Pilates Instructor based at the Core & Calm studio in Civil Lines, Delhi. The instructor will lead Pilates classes for individuals and small groups, delivering safe, effective sessions tailored to different experience levels and physical abilities. Daily responsibilities include planning class sequences, demonstrating exercises with proper form, offering hands-on and verbal adjustments, and monitoring participant progress. The role also involves collaborating with other wellness practitioners, maintaining a clean and organized studio space, and providing attentive customer service to support a positive client experience. The instructor will contribute to community-building activities, help clients schedule sessions, and promote studio offerings as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Pilates Instruction, with experience designing safe and effective sessions for diverse clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise leadership, including class management, pacing, and motivating participants.
• Candidates should possess knowledge related to Physical Therapy or functional movement principles to support injury prevention and modifications.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to create a welcoming environment, respond to client inquiries, and support retention.
• Candidates should possess Teaching skills, including clear communication, demonstration, and feedback for different learning styles.
• Recognized Pilates certification from an accredited program; additional certifications in yoga or fitness are an advantage.
• Experience working in a studio or wellness setting and comfort with on-site, client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory wellness practices.
