- Participate in territory and national team calls, contributing local insights to shape strategy and support continuous improvement
- Provide feedback to Market Access leadership and National Accounts Team on regional access trends, issues, and payer policy shifts
Territory Management
- Balance in-field visits with virtual engagement and territory-level case management
- Analyze territory data to identify access barriers, enrollment issues, or gaps in support, and develop action plans to address them
- Track and support patients throughout the access journey, from enrollment to fulfillment and therapy continuation
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex patient access issues with professionalism and urgency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly

- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
