About the Role

Convertex India Pvt. Ltd. (FMCG -Manufacturing) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive business growth, manage strategic customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring and managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Manage strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical discussions, commercial proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Work closely with the Technical, Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, pipeline updates, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely payment collections in coordination with the Accounts team.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events as required.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and business development expertise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and close high-value deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling approach.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
  • 8- 18 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Experience manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
