About the Role
Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Data Entry Specialist to support high-volume payroll operations. This role is responsible for processing and validating payroll documentationincluding new hires, salary adjustments, and terminationswithin the Lawson Payroll system. The position requires strong accuracy, organization, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Enter and process payroll transactions in Lawson (new hires, terminations, salary changes) Review and validate incoming payroll documentation for accuracy and completeness Update employee records (name, address, W-4 tax changes) Set up and maintain payroll deductions (health, life insurance, etc.) Process monthly student loan documentation Partner with payroll staff to resolve discrepancies and research payroll issues Support high-volume administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and handling inbound inquiries
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; degree preferred 2+ year of payroll processing experience 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience

Pay range and compensation package
$18-25/hr W2
