Job Description

As a Senior Drupal CMS Editor, you will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and maintaining digital content within Drupal while managing the intake and triage of content requests. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, content managers, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality web content.

This role focuses on content operations and workflow coordination rather than large-scale project ownership or development work.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Publishing

  • Create, edit, administer, and publish digital content across corporate web platforms using Drupal.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and editorial standards.
  • Maintain site quality in alignment with user experience and accessibility best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve content publishing issues as they arise.
  • Perform ongoing content updates, scheduled releases, and site maintenance activities.

Content Intake & Workflow Coordination

  • Manage intake and triage of incoming content requests from multiple business areas.
  • Create, refine, and assign tickets using project management tools such as Jira or Wrike.
  • Track content requests through completion and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage and maintain team backlogs and content workflows across internal and external web properties.
  • Coordinate with site leads and stakeholders to prioritize requests and manage shifting business needs.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience working with Drupal or similar CMS platforms, preferably in a content publishing or editorial capacity.
  • Experience managing web content workflows and publishing processes.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to troubleshoot formatting and content display issues.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
  • Experience using project management or workflow tools such as Jira, Wrike, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Experience working in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with digital communications, marketing, or corporate web environments.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
