Content Writer Intern / Trainee (ESG & Sustainability) (India)

Role Summary

We are hiring 2 Content Writer Trainees to work on business writing and ESG/Sustainability content. This is a paid internship (2–3 months) with full-time employment on successful completion.

You will work on real consulting deliverables including corporate reports, ESG disclosures, research notes and client communication.

Eligibility

Graduates / final-year students from:

• English Honours / Communicative English
• Mass Communication / Journalism or similar

Must have:

• Strong written English
• Good academic record in English/core subjects
• English medium schooling (preferred)
• Interest in corporate/business writing

What You Will Do

• Write and edit ESG & sustainability content
• Assist in corporate reports & client documents
• Summarise research into business-ready content
• Create LinkedIn and skilled communication copies

Compensation & Growth

Internship (2–3 months):

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month
• Internship Certificate
• Mentoring by consultants

Full-time (post internship):

• CTC: ₹2.8 – ₹4.0 LPA
• Role growth: Content Analyst / Report Specialist

Selection Process

Short writing assessment including:

• ESG article writing
• Editing test
• Headline writing
• Research summarisation
