Job description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation and Salesforce migration initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in replatforming a legacy digital experience onto Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in a commercial enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms and technology teams
- Proven experience leading replatforming/modernization initiatives
- Ability to work on-site daily in Tysons, VA
- Must be available to interview on-site (2 interview rounds expected)
- Experience with AEM is a plus (client is migrating away from AEM to Salesforce)
What You'll Do
- Lead business analysis efforts for the migration from AEM to Salesforce
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
- Drive process mapping, workflow redesign, and replatforming across multiple lines of business
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Lead UAT planning and execution, validate releases, and support production readiness
- Present recommendations, project updates, and documentation to leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert
- Identify opportunities to improve digital experiences, reduce friction, and enhance member satisfaction
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives
