Fusion/Saber Saw Operator – Construction Resources Surfaces (Decatur, GA)

Overview
Construction Resources Surfaces is looking for a reliable, detail‑focused individual to join our fabrication team as a Fusion/Saber Saw Operator. This position involves working with automated cutting equipment to support the processing of stone and surface materials for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor a Fusion/Saber automated saw system
Review job specifications and follow production requirements to ensure accurate cuts
Assist with staging materials before cutting and organizing completed pieces afterward
Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues to the supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Provide general support to shop operations as needed

Qualifications

Preferably 2–3 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or machine operation
Previous Electric Saw experience
Ability to learn and operate automated or computer‑assisted machinery
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Dependable, team‑oriented, and committed to consistent attendance

Work Environment
This role is based in our Decatur, Georgia facility and involves hands‑on work with stone materials and industrial cutting equipment.
