This senior role focuses on scaling growth across key international markets including Canada and the U.K. You will integrate performance marketing strategies while partnering cross-functionally with Brand, Product, and Analytics. Lead the way in optimizing the entire customer journey from impression to paid conversion, ensuring your strategies resonate both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own performance across Paid Search and Social channels
• Manage budget allocation and channel mix for acquisition
• Drive improvements in conversion rates and lead quality
• Build structured experimentation roadmaps for testing
• Adapt strategies to local markets with specific insights

Requirements

• 6+ years in performance marketing with direct accountability
• Expertise in Google Ads and experience with Meta or Tik Tok
• Strong analytical skill set to diagnose funnel performance
• Familiarity with DTC or subscription growth environments
• Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders
