Senior Assistant Manager, Human Resource (HRBP and Manpower Reporting & Planning)

We are seeking an agile and analytically‑minded HR professional to join our fast‑paced team in a multifaceted role that encompasses a range of responsibilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation's success through analytical excellence, process innovation, and various HR functions.

In this role, you will be involved in the preparation and analysis of manpower data and reports. You will compile essential information for submission to statutory boards, relevant agencies, and internal stakeholders. Your strong analytical and numerical skills will support the preparation of manpower statistics to facilitate decision‑making processes across the organisation.

You will also coordinate employee engagement initiatives, collate departmental action plans, and support the Centre's overall engagement strategy.

You will also support HR process improvement and innovation initiatives. You will participate in project teams to streamline processes, implement new technologies, and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Additionally, you will take on recruitment responsibilities to meet the staffing needs of our departments. You will also partner with stakeholders on key human resource management matters in the areas of employee relations and performance management.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of statutory labour regulations and employment practices
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a growth and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
