Join our team as a Site Engineer specializing in utilities management for large-scale projects. You'll oversee design and coordination efforts while liaising with key authorities and subcontractors.
This role requires a proactive Site Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You'll be responsible for managing utilities diversion designs, coordinating with authorities like PUB and LTA, and ensuring compliance with all required approvals and inspections. Your expertise will directly impact the project's success and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design of utilities diversion routes
- Coordinate with PUB, SPPG, LTA, and other authorities
- Liaise with subcontractors for services diversion works
- Prepare CIAR for PUB/LTA in collaboration with subcontractor
- Conduct regular inspections and visual checks for existing utilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience on complex projects
- Ability to work 5.5 days per week
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Experience in preparing tender documents
