Responsibilities
- Handling customer quality issues & continuous improvement activities of products & processes.
- Coordinate with quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Perform activities such as process optimization, benchmarking through statistical tools/software.
- Handle external audit in accordance to Technical Specifications & ISO standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical/Chemistry/Materials Science/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in servicing customers' quality related issues in semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing)
- Familiar with IATF16949 requirement is a plus. Entry level are welcome to apply.
