Working hours

12‑hour rotating shift (work day pattern to be advised again)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair works on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational reliability.
• Support and lead maintenance‑related projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and smooth implementation.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend technical improvements or upgrades to enhance productivity and process capability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to strengthen team competency.
• Contribute to the review and enhancement of maintenance procedures, documentation, and best practices.
• liaise with external vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any related Engineering field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, troubleshooting or engineering support.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting on a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule. (Shift allowance provided)
• Willing to perform overtime when required to support operational needs. (OT pay provided)
