Team Leader/Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader for our Collections and Recovery team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues, and implementing effective recovery strategies. The role involves monitoring team performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the collections and recovery team
• Ensure timely follow-up and recovery of outstanding payments
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Ensure compliance with legal and company procedures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
