About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Data Science and Advanced Analytics to lead our organization’s AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented executive who is passionate about harnessing data-driven solutions to heighten efficiency, bolster risk management, enhance customer experience, and unlock new revenue streams. A hands-on leader with extensive technical expertise is essential for the successful delivery of analytics in regulated environments.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the design, development, and implementation of AI and advanced analytics solutions across various business domains.
Managing end-to-end project delivery and establishing scalable, production-ready data science capabilities.
Integrating models into enterprise systems and maintaining model governance.
Setting best practices for MLOps and CI/CD automation.

Applicants should possess at least 10 years of hands-on experience in data science, advanced analytics, AI/ML engineering, or quantitative modeling, preferably within regulated industries. A strong track record of delivering impactful production-grade AI solutions, particularly in financial services, is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in technical tools such as Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks, and distributed data processing.

Experience with scalable MLOps frameworks, CI/CD automation, and a solid grasp of model risk management and regulatory expectations is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required, along with exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a talent for influencing senior executives.
