Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid (3 days office visit must in a week) role for a Senior Instructional Designer with aviation/aerospace engineering expertise for one of our client. The selected candidate will design, develop, and deliver learning materials that align with industry-specific goals.

Key responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, creating instructional designs, developing curricula, managing learning programs, and ensuring alignment with corporate learning objectives. Collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design innovative and engaging learning solutions will also be expected.

Qualifications

Expertise in Needs Analysis and assessing training requirements

5-6 years of experience must as a Instructional Designer in technical domain. Proficiency in Instructional Design and developing learning strategies

Experience in Training & Development and facilitating learning programs

Skills in Learning Management and e-learning course delivery

Knowledge of Curriculum Development for technical and specialized industries

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Aviation or aerospace engineering knowledge is a plus

Proficiency with e-learning tools and platforms is highly desirable

Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred
