About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and focused Online Live Chat Support team member to assist customers through chat. In this role, you will answer questions, guide users, and help resolve simple issues in a clear and professional way.

This is an entry level role. You do not need past experience. We will train you. What matters most is your ability to write clearly, stay patient, and handle multiple chats at the same time.

You will be working from home, so you should be comfortable working independently and managing your time during your shift.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer messages through live chat
• Provide clear and simple answers about services
• Help users with basic issues or questions
• Escalate more complex problems to the right team
• Keep records of chats and updates
• Make sure each customer has a good experience
