Our client is currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator - Tier 3
Location: Denver, CO 80202Alternate location: Brentwood, TNWork Model: Hybrid - only 3 days onsite per month (mostly remote!)Duration: 8 months with possibility to Contract to Hire
Minimum qualifications
- years of experience administering Microsoft in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Admin Center.
- Experience with Exchange Online and the Exchange Admin Center.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and the Teams Admin Center.
- Experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for Microsoft administration.
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, including identity, authentication, and access management.
- Experience troubleshooting hybrid environments, including on-premises Active Directory and Exchange hybrid.
- Ability to analyze issues, document solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as -, Exchange, Teams, or Microsoft Security certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office , and Intune.
- Experience supporting or leading large-scale migrations to Microsoft .
- Experience working in regulated or highly secure enterprise environments.

A large enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Microsoft Engineer to support, optimize, and enhance its collaboration and productivity environment. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for administration, engineering, escalation support, automation, and governance across core Microsoft services.
You will work across SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and identity-related technologies to maintain platform stability, improve operational efficiency, and support secure enterprise collaboration. This role also includes partnering with cross-functional teams on security, compliance, and architectural initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Microsoft services, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage tenant-wide settings, licensing, service health, governance, and capacity planning.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft configurations aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Serve as the Tier escalation point for complex incidents, platform issues, and service degradation.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Microsoft support teams and manage cases through resolution when needed.
- Partner with security teams to implement and maintain Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention, retention, and eDiscovery policies.
- Support compliance requirements, audits, and security reviews related to Microsoft services.
- Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft APIs.
- Improve operational efficiency through scripting, standardization, and self-service tooling.
- Evaluate and implement new Microsoft features and capabilities where appropriate.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.
- Mentor Tier and Tier support staff and provide guidance on escalated issues.
- Contribute architectural input for Microsoft -related projects, upgrades, and migrations.
