Marketing Manager AI, Ads & Growth Support

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager who understands digital marketing, paid ads, content, social media, and AI tools.

This role is for someone who can help manage marketing campaigns, organize creative ideas, improve workflows, and use AI to move faster, create better content, and support growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing campaigns, content calendars, and daily marketing priorities
• Support Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, email, and social media campaigns
• Organize ad creatives, hooks, copy ideas, testing notes, and performance insights
• Use AI tools to research ideas, draft copy, create briefs, summarize data, and improve workflows
• Coordinate with designers, editors, media buyers, contractors, and internal team members
• Track campaign progress, deadlines, deliverables, and next steps
• Help improve marketing systems, SOPs, templates, and processes
• Review performance data and suggest new creative angles, offers, and content ideas

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, paid ads, social media, or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, ad creatives, hooks, copy, offers, and content strategy
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, or similar tools
• Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, creatives, or marketing projects
• Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills
• Able to manage people, deadlines, and priorities without constant direction
• Creative, analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce, agencies, DTC brands, startups, or online businesses
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Canva, CapCut, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, or Google Workspace
• Experience managing designers, editors, media buyers, creators, or contractors
• Understanding of UGC ads, landing pages, email marketing, funnels, CRO, or performance marketing
