Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, solutions‑focused Information Technology Specialist to support and manage the technology operations across our offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to expert for hardware, networks, user support, vendor coordination, and system administration.

You will oversee our desktop environment, phone systems, network hardware, online payment platforms, and more—ensuring seamless technology experiences for staff and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Desktop & User Management

  • Oversee all desktop devices, including purchasing, setup, configuration, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user account creation and removal:

a. Desktop system access

b. Email forwarding

c. Distribution lists

d. Archiving

Phone & Communications Systems

  • Oversee Comcast/Verizon desktop phone systems:

a. Manage call flow

b. Update company greetings

c. Maintain voicemail password access

  • Manage wireless phone services, including ordering equipment and resolving issues.
  • Monitor calls/emails from company websites, assist tenants when possible, and route communications appropriately.

Network & Internet Management

  • Manage internet access across our offices.
  • Configure firewalls and collaborate with vendors for installation and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee all network hardware, including:

a. Switches

b. Modems

c. Battery backups

d. SonicWalls

Payment & Account Systems

  • Manage all online payment issues, including firm initiated tasks and tenant inquiries.

Operational & Facility Tech Management

  • Manage the office’s fob access system.
  • Maintain and operate the postage machine:

a. Add new properties

b. Handle hardware issues

c. Run quarterly reports

Vendor Coordination

  • Work directly with technology vendors to resolve issues, including:

a. Rhodian

b. Verizon

c. Comcast

d. Pitney Bowes

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT support, system administration, or office technology management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
  • Comfort working with vendors and coordinating technical installations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools like SonicWall, Voyager, and enterprise phone systems is a plus.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
