Consultant 1 (S1) – Global Audit Delivery

Location: Delhi/NCR (Hybrid)

Compensation: ₹17.50 LPA (Fixed) + Variable

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Consultant & Assistant Managers for our Global Audit Delivery team. The role involves supporting statutory audit engagements for global clients, ensuring high-quality audit execution in line with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute statutory audit procedures for global audit engagements
• Assist in planning, fieldwork, and documentation of audit assignments
• Perform testing of financial statements, controls, and transactions
• Prepare audit workpapers and ensure compliance with audit standards
• Identify audit issues and communicate findings to seniors and managers
• Work closely with onshore teams and meet engagement timelines
• Ensure adherence to quality, risk management, and compliance requirements

Qualification Criteria

• CA / ACCA / CPA qualified

Experience Requirements

• CA-qualified candidates:
• min1.5 year of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit
• ACCA / CPA-qualified candidates:

Additional Criteria

• No career gap exceeding 6 months
• Strong understanding of statutory audit processes
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to audits of global/multinational clients
• Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
