Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: India (Remote) Hours: Full Time The Role: Napster is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Finance team. You’ll support the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and cash application. You’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and helping maintain healthy cash flow across the business.

What You’ll Do

Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.

Apply customer payments accurately, including ACH, wire, and check transactions.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer inquiries promptly.

Maintain customer
