The Senior Producer of Marketing Production plays a central role in the execution of branded video programs for our fashion and luxury clients, from pre-production, through physical production, and into post-production. The senior producer is accountable for the quality of the finished product, and for managing every part of the process to get it there. This position also serves as a connection point for Executive & Supervising Producers, Creative Development, Production Management, Post-Production, Sales, Marketing, Talent, Legal/Business Affairs and more.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Produce several concurrent branded video campaigns across a multitude of brands, with special focus on Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair and Teen Vogue. Faithfully bring the creative vision to life on time and on budget, while meeting the highest standards of quality. 

  • Focused on priority client initiatives and complex campaigns with elevated visibility, scope, and budgets

  • Manage every aspect of complex productions: source talent, locations, vendors, writers & freelancers as needed, create production timelines and budgets, and manage the review process for both clients and internal stakeholders. Lead shoots, either on set or remotely, as needed.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, Editorial, Legal, and Production Management teams to ensure seamless execution from pitch through final delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, talent representatives, production vendors, and freelance crews to support efficient, high-quality production workflows

  • Lead internal and client-facing communications, providing clear updates on timelines, deliverables, creative feedback, production logistics, and approvals.

  • Ensure all productions adhere to brand standards, legal requirements, union guidelines, and company production protocols

  • Mentor a small team of Associate Producers. Teach and enforce the Condé Code: Champion All Voices, Be Curious, Focus on Tomorrow, Stay Inspired, Earn Trust, Work Together.

  • Problem-solve daily. 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in production at a publisher, agency, or production company.

  • Experienced in the production of digital long-form video, social-first campaigns, and/or influencer-led executions.

  • Experience producing branded video specifically is a big plus.

  • Familiarity with the Fashion and Luxury spaces, and/or experience producing for similar clients, is a big plus.

  • Strong communication skills, in-person & remotely. Proficient at writing client-facing and executive-facing emails. Ability to work across a complex and matrixed organization.

  • A positive attitude and solutions-oriented collaborative style. Ability to juggle many concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $125,000-$135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
