JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative engages with customers through inbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, you’ll:
- Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention
- Explain products and/or services to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
- Assist in correcting billing concerns.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative role include:
- 1 year of customer service and sales experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
- The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.

- The base salary range for this position is $17.75 - $22.19/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
