Job Description

Drive client success as a proactive Manager in a hybrid work environment. Supervise a dedicated team while enhancing service quality and client retention efforts. This role involves leading a collaborative team within Client Services to provide outstanding support to corporate clients. You'll be responsible for managing escalations, ensuring compliance with service agreements, and identifying areas for improvement. A focus on relationship-building and financial performance is critical. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely resolution of client escalations
  • Facilitate participation in industry events
  • Assess departmental recruitment and training needs
  • Monitor and report on revenue performance
  • Lead initiatives for client satisfaction and up-selling Requirements:
  • University/college degree with at least 2 years of experience
  • Management experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong knowledge of product and service landscape
  • Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities
