• 6 years exposure to ML/AI, NLP and 2 years in Gen AI and LLM specifically
• Needs to know agentic, RAGs and how to integrate, azure – exposure
• LLM engineer role, ML or data science background is good to have
• Need real industry exp not just research exp
• They should be able to use existing models and agentic frameworks
• Azure certification is preferred
