Position Overview:

Migration from HP systems(Norboard) to IBM laptops(WF)

Contract Duration : 6 months

Worksite: On-site, Quebec

Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & French)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Desktop support experience
• Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot
• Experience managing 150–250 laptops/desktops per site, 20–30 printers, and handheld scanners
