Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restaurant and concessions teams
- Uphold menu and service quality while controlling budget
- Manage Banquets & Catering event support initiatives
- Ensure all relevant F&B licenses and sanitation codes are upheld
- Drive innovative guest service solutions and experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years in Food and Beverage Management experience
- Leadership experience at Director or General Manager level
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and sales
- Effective English communication skills needed
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
