Job Description

Lead food service operations as a Conferencing Supervisor. Oversee high-quality event experiences, compliance standards, and team engagement to enhance guest satisfaction.

This position is pivotal in managing food service and conferencing operations. You will support managers in executing daily activities and week-ahead planning. Additionally, you will assist with staff management, including hiring, onboarding, and training, to maintain a service-driven team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management in supervising operations and logistics
  • Oversee food service production and guest experiences
  • Assist in hiring, training, and coaching staff
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and inventory tracking
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or catering preferred
  • Food Handlers, ProServe, or Food Safe certification
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
